Coat of arms that I have organized based on a previous idea from the ANPC, in the following way: the mouth of the shield is rounded and is outlined at double my usual thickness; the whole is enamelled in gules, argent and or, illuminated, outlined in sable and with a watercolor finish; and to separate the letters of the motto a dot «·» is used at mid-height.

[Cadenas y Vicent, V. de; 1975; page 119 and following] dedicates its chapter 7 to «representative heraldry» and, within it, its first section to «professional heraldry», to which this coat of arms belongs according to his classification, and defines it as that which «corresponds to and reflects... all the emblems of the different professions, professional associations, societies where people with the same hobbies or pastimes are grouped». The other 3 categories that, together with «professional heraldry», make up «representative heraldry» are «industrial», «sport» and «tourism».

Personally, I follow my own heraldic classification, which follows to some extent [Cadenas y Vicent, V. de; 1975], in which the coats of arms of associations like the ANPC are classified within what I call socioeconomic heraldry.

Coat of arms of the Infante Manuel of Castile, 1234–1283, 7^th son of the King Ferdinand III of Castile, 1199-1252, and the Queen Beatrice of Swabia, 1205–1235. They are canting arms of «Manuel» ~ «manu–el» ~ «mano–ala» ~ «hand–wing». For this reason, I describe it as a hand with a wing and not as a wing with a hand. Another theory suggests that, since his maternal grandmother was Irene Ángelo, daughter of the Byzantine Emperor Isaac II Angelos, the 2^nd and 3^rd quarters derive from this lineage. However, this Byzantine emperor did not have a coat of arms in the Western heraldic sense, let alone one featuring an angel's wing wielding a sword. A synthetic theory could be proposed, combining the concept of canting arms with angelic symbolism, referencing his descent from the emperors of Byzantium, something that was undoubtedly of great importance to him. There are explanations about this in [Menéndez Pidal de Navascués, F.; 1982, pages 98-100]. And what's more important, they are not a quartering by inheritance; quarters 2^nd and 3^rd are inherited, but quarters 1^st and 4^th are conceptually invented, which opens up the creative field.

The Royal Association of Hidalgos of Spain was founded under the name «Asociación de Hidalgos, Infanzones y Noblezas a Fuero de España» by Vicente and Francisco de Cadenas y Vicent, the Marquises of Siete Iglesias and of Zayas, and also by Valentín Dávila Jalón, Marquis of Dávila.

This association brings together nobles of Spanish lineages with the aim of maintaining and promoting the traditional values of the hidalguía and is inspired by the principles of Christian humanism. It fulfills its duty to provide services to Spain, its institutions and its citizens, with loyalty to the Crown and commitment to Spanish culture and history.

Its magazine Hidalgos, also known as «La Gacetilla de Hidalgos de España», or simply «La Gacetilla», as this was its name until the end of 2010, precisely until its issue 524 of October, November and December 2010. This magazine is an excellent source of knowledge and information, and some of its articles are cited throughout Blason.es, for example, those by [Valero de Bernabé, L.; 2009b], [Valero de Bernabé, L.; 2010] and [Valero de Bernabé, L.; 2012b].

In saltire arrangements, I prefer to place the element in bend over the element in bend sinister, since the bend takes precedence over the bend sinister. Therefore, in my interpretation of this coat of arms and unlike other interpretations, the two-handed sword placed in bend is drawn above the one placed in bend sinister.
