The 5^th ICGHV was held at the historic National Museum - Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania and was organized by the Genealogijos, Heraldikos ir Veksilologijos Institutas. This family armorial composition presents ten personal coats of arms, each one created for a specific member of the family, while preserving a shared visual and heraldic language. The arms are those of Iker Lanzagorta Ochoa, Teresa Otxoa Magaña, Ixai Lanzagorta Ochoa, María de los Ángeles Carrillo Padilla, Itziar Lanzagorta Ochoa, Alejandra Espeja Amieva, the youngest granddaughter of Jon Lanzagorta Vallín, Juan Lanzagorta Vallín himself, the eldest granddaughter of Jon Lanzagorta Vallín, and Andrés Cruz Carballo.

The 5^th ICGHV was held at the historic National Museum - Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania and was organized by the Genealogijos, Heraldikos ir Veksilologijos Institutas. This armorial genealogical chart is intended to be read from the House of Potts of Wentworth at its centre, with each family branch radiating outwards. Rather than following the conventional vertical layout of a pedigree, it presents the family's heraldic relationships in a more compact form. As Randy Potts himself expressed after seeing the finished work, it represents not only genealogy and heraldry, but also the identity, history, and shared legacy of the entire family. In some Italian and Maltese arms registered by the Chief Herald of Arms of Malta, two coronets are displayed: the coronet placed directly above the shield represents the armiger’s personal rank or status, while the upper coronet represents the higher noble rank of the family line. In the case of two daughters of a baron, each may bear above her shield the coronet corresponding to her personal status as a noble, while above it is displayed the baronial coronet representing the rank of her father and of the family line.
